HEEQAC’s Top Management has been committed to the development and implementation of an appropriate Organizational Structure and a documented Management System and to continually improve its effectiveness. The Organizational Structure and the Management System are based on our operational requirements, the applicable legislation and the following European Standards:
Documentation covers policies, systems, programs, procedures and instructions necessary to assure meeting customer’s requirements, impartiality, integrity, confidentiality, statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the quality of the test results. The importance of meeting all these requirements has been communicated to all organization levels.
Our management system and policies related to quality have been defined in our Quality Manual. Overall objectives are established and reviewed during management reviews. A quality policy statement has been defined and issued under the authority of the Top Management.

HEEQAC has been recognized as both, a Product Testing Organization and a Product Certification Body.
